STEP 1:
Your practitioner will start by applying the BRIGHT PEEL® by Laboratoires FILLMED that will target uneven skin and pigmentation disorders around the eye. It is adapted to sensitive skin.
STEP 2:
During the 2nd step, your practitioner will inject into the upper dermis the revitalizing solution of NCTF® comprising hyaluronic acid and 59 active ingredients (vitamins, amino-acids, antioxidants...) with the very precise and safe NANOSOFTTM needle that will reduce the risk of bruising and minimize pain during the injection.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE AN INJECTION?
A consultation prior to your first treatment session is always required. Be sure to discuss your needs and expectations with your practitioner. Let him/her know if you have already had any aesthetic treatments. Your practitioner will be able to explain to you about the NCTF® 135 HA product and the results that you can expect.
NCTF® 135 HA is a long-term treatment and not a one-shot injection, the results are cumulative meaning that a full protocol of 3 sessions is requested to get optimal results.
Your physician will tailor-make a comprehensive protocol reflecting your skin’s individual needs. Make sure that you follow your doctor’s instructions carefully (for example avoid taking aspirin).
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A TREATMENT?
NCTF® 135 HA is administered in a clinical setting, by a practitioner who has been trained in multipuncture injection techniques. Each treatment lasts approximately 30-40 minutes. It involves repeated microinjections of NCTF® 135 HA into the skin.
WILL IT HURT?
To help manage any discomfort during the injection, FILLMED has launched the NANOSOFT™ micro-needle, which is 3 times smaller than a normal needle, significantly reducing any discomfort, redness or bruising. It is ideal for treating the face, especially the delicate eye area, the neck and décolleté.
Your practitioner will do everything possible to reduce any potential discomfort.
In some cases, your practitioner may also recommend that you apply an anesthetic cream before the injection, to help reduce any sensation of discomfort.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A NCTF® INJECTION?
As a unique revitalizing compound with over 50 ingredients, NCTF® 135 HA is designed to optimize the ecosystem of your skin over time and as such, results are cumulative. This is not a “one-shot” process and 3 sessions at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks is a normal treatment plan to get optimal results. Your practitioner may recommend further top-up treatments every 3 or 6 months depending on the quality of your skin.
Factors that will influence actual results obtained and their durability are your skin quality, lifestyle choices and age.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER AN INJECTION?
Don’t apply make-up for 12 hours after the injection. Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures (sauna, hammam) as well as prolonged exposure to the sun or UV rays for at least 48 hours after the procedure. Avoid exposure to freezing temperatures.
Normal local reactions can occur after any injection (swelling, bruising, redness) and last for a couple of days. Contact your doctor if you have any questions.
ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS?
NCTF® 135 and NCTF® 135 HA must not be injected:
– into blood vessels;
– into an area where non-absorbable filler implant has already been injected;
– if you have significant changes in the skin or rash/infection in the area to be treated;
– if you have a skin alteration or disease of any kind in the treated area;
– if you have a medical history of auto-immune disease or are receiving immunotherapy;
– if you have a known hypersensitivity or a known allergy to any of the ingredients;
– in pregnant or breastfeeding women;
– in children.
ARE THEY ANY UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS?
There are possible undesirable effects related to the implantation of this device, such as:
– redness or mild local inflammation that usually disappears within 24 to 48 hours;
– mild oedema and small haematomas may occur, but disappear within 48 hours;
– minimal bleeding at the injection site that stops rapidly and spontaneously after the injection;
– transient pain at the injection site.
You must notify your practitioner as soon as possible of any inflammatory reactions lasting more than one week or the appearance of any other adverse effect. Your practitioner must treat the adverse effect with suitable treatment. Any other adverse effect related to the injection of NCTF® 135 and NCTF®135 HA must be reported to the distributor and/or manufacturer.
